How can I schedule Real Estate Media services with Kody Cooke Photography?

Our online scheduling and booking system enables agents and homeowners to book Real Estate Media services. You will be able to select from two preferred dates and timeframes and then I will personally reach out to confirm your session.
What are your service areas?

Kody Cooke Photography specializes in real estate photography throughout the East Valley, Arizona area. I provide comprehensive coverage from Tempe to San Tan Valley, Ahwatukee to Gold Canyon, Kody Cooke Photography is your go-to real estate media partner for the East Valley. My mission is to ensure that every client receives exceptional service and stunning visuals to showcase their properties throughout The Valley.
How do I prepare the home?

For an efficient and high-quality real estate photography session, it is essential that the property is well-prepared. To assist you in this process, I have created a comprehensive pre-shoot checklist. This guide will help ensure your home is ready for the best possible photography results. Homeowners and agents are responsible for ensuring the property is prepared for the photoshoot. By booking a session, the Client confirms that the property is ready. The Photographer will not be responsible for ensuring the property’s readiness. If a second photo shoot is required due to the property not being "photo ready," it will be charged at the full rate with no refund provided. For more details, please review the pre-shoot checklist.
How quickly should I expect to receive my final images?

My goal is to deliver all services to my clients via email and online download within 24 hours of the photoshoot's completion. This timeframe allows for the editing of HDR images and the completion of your floor plan and virtual 3D tour services.
How do I pay for services?

Our online ordering system allows for the complete scheduling process, including submitting payment via credit card. If you prefer to pay via Venmo, Apple Pay, or cash, please contact Kody Cooke to schedule your session. All invoices are due upon delivery of your images, and before download can be completed.
Can I download my images?

Of course, you will be able to download all images! Upon receiving full payment and within 48 hours of your session, you will receive an email with step-by-step instructions on how to download your professional-quality HDR images in MLS-sized files. You can choose to download all images at once or select specific ones to download.
How long are sessions?

Each property is unique, and without seeing the property and fully understanding its layout and character, we cannot guarantee a specific session length. It is best to assume that a Capture & Save Pro Session could take up to 2 hours to complete on a standard 2,000-square-foot home. Remember, our mission is to elevate your listings and achieve outstanding results!
What happens in inclement weather?

In the event of inclement weather, the Photographer will arrive on time for the scheduled media session and proceed with all indoor shooting. The Photographer will collaborate with the Client to reschedule any outdoor services for the next available clear day. There is no penalty for weather delays for either the Photographer or the Client. If the property is outside our service area, the entire session will be rescheduled.
Who owns the rights to the pictures from Kody Cooke Photography?

Kody Cooke Photography retains all copyrights to the images and media unless arrangements are made with the Client for additional licensing fees. Our service prices include only MLS usage licensing and related social media posts. The Agent/Client has the right to use and print all images provided for marketing the property. The Agent/Client is not required to link or acknowledge Kody Cooke Photography, as long as the property is currently active on the MLS and the media is being used to market the property. The original Client is licensing the use of these images and media, and that license is non-transferable. Agents may not transfer the license of images to another listing agent without relicensing fees. If the original Client is a homeowner who later engages an agent, the agent will need to re-license the images and media for use. If you would like to continue using an image or images on your website or promotional materials, please let me know beforehand, and we can make arrangements that benefit both parties.
